Capt. Sam Davis grew up fishing the creeks and farm ponds of East Central Mississippi for bass and bream. The Air Force brought him to the coast where he fell in love with the salty air and hard-fighting inshore fish.

He decided to follow in his oldest son’s footsteps and become a charter captain. Capt. Sam went to Sea School in Bayou le Batre, AL in 2015 to get his captain’s license, muddled over the idea of becoming a charter captain for a year or so then pulled the trigger in 2017. It has been an absolute joy taking folks fishing and showing them what our beautiful coast has to offer.
